I first came to know Llanwrtyd Wells in the 60’s. We brought a house in Llanwrtyd in 2010 and gradually made the permanent move to Llanwrtyd, after several years of renovation and the children finishing their education.

I have 4 grown up children who regularly visit regularly and take part in many of the Green events, and two grand Children.

I also farm a shared herd of cattle.

I studied Zoology and Geology at the University of Durham University where I met my wife, Catharine.

I am a qualified Chartered Accountant. I have broad business experience.

In the past I have held the role of Trustee of ENACTUS which provides a competition framework and support for under graduates to develop their skills as entrepreneurs.

I volunteer around the community on supporting local initiatives.
