Elected Councty Councillor and Town Councillor

 

Llanwrtyd Wells has been my home for the last 50 years, and I am very involved in community issues and activities.

I am the proprietor of the Drovers Rest Restaurant and also run the J & R Cooking School of Masterclasses

I have been a Town Councillor previously serving 25 years and it is my proud honour to have been Town Mayor twice during this time.

I was The High Sherriff of Powys 2021/2022 and am currently a County Councillor for Powys County Council.

I am very passionate about promoting our town, the community and surrounding areas. I feel it is essential for us all to work together as a community, to promote the area which in turn will bring prosperity to local businesses and keep the town vibrant.
