I was brought up on a farm in Abergwesyn and Welsh being my first language I attended the Welsh unit in Llanwrtyd primary school and secondary education in Brecon High school.

​

I attended Plymouth University and spent a few years working away and travelling.

​

I returned to live in Abergwesyn 20yrs ago and have been working for Welsh Government.

​

I'm a trustee for the heritage centre and Abergwesyn community hall and also part of the committee that runs Abergwesyn Sheep dog trials each year.
